We have an exciting fundraising event coming up on your way! Join our Destin Shark 5K Run (yes, you can walk!). It will be on Sunday, October 9, 2022, but you can already register today to ensure a spot and get a free t-shirt!

The Destin Shark 5K Run will start at 8:30 PM at Beach Camp Brew Pub and the $35 registration fee includes entry, a GREAT meal, and drink at the after-party which will be a fun-filled family event with music and activities! The FREE race shirts will only be given to those who are able to register before Thursday, September 29, 2022. 

All proceeds will go directly to Destin High School Athletics whose mission is to provide fitness and athletic opportunities for all its student-athletes.

“The Fall 5K Run/Walk Fundraiser is an essential event to help us raise the necessary funds to provide 23 Boys and Girls Sports at Destin High School. This is one of two main fundraisers that the school uses to provide uniforms, equipment, facility rental fees, transportation, and officials for all sports. Your support is needed and appreciated,” said Phil Dorn, Destin High Athletic Director.

Destin Shark 5K Run sponsorship opportunities include Title Sponsors ($5,000), Title Co-Sponsors ($2,500), Mako ($1,000), Water Station Sponsors ($750), Blue Shark ($500), and Shark Shiver Family Sponsors ($250). Packet pick-up will be on Saturday, October 8, 2022, at Destin High School from 3 to 6 PM and before the race at Beach Camp Brewpub on Sunday, October 9, 2022 from 7 to 8:15 AM.
